The Starburst series began following the movement of light throughout the day, tracing shadows outside and layering colors as they shifted across the canvas. As the sun began to set, I brought the process indoors, drawing the softened light as it reflected and refracted through a glass candle jar. The series holds these fleeting transitions, exploring how light changes the spaces and objects it touches.
